I had a complaint with Groupon customer support , I chatted with a Deborah , told them about my problem with order #1000-097366-111902, for 3 visits which I paid $99.00for. They told me I had only 3 DAYS FROM DATE OF MY PURCHASE TO GET A REFUND . Well I went to an appointment I had for today 9/05/2018 and they were closed and I tried calling their ph number and no answer . I drove 40 minutes one way . They said I have to spit up visits with a few days apart. Groupon does not answer – and I believe I should get a refund – since the business is not open , I have not heard from them yet . This is BS

I recently ordered a 10 tier shoe rack ,GROUPON they said that it would come in 2 days hasn’t come and I ordered this item on August 22nd.I want to know when will I get my item?GROUPON has taken my money out of my account.I want my item or my money back.Believe me I will go to the ends of earth to get my money back.

I’ve tried every possible way to get a hold of groupon. I called two different number in which they refer you to your mobil app to your groupon online. You are the worst company that I have ever dealt with. You suck big time.
