I live at 15855 Beaufort Blvd and have one of your terminals in my backyard. When the technician left thew first time he left my gate open. When he left the last time he knocked my security camera on to the ground by slamming the gate after I had talked to him. If they want to continue this type of behavior, we will have to come up some other type of arrangement. I tried to call and talk to someone about this but can not reach anyone by phone. I do not have ATT for my TV and this type of behavior is part of the reason why.
I love ”ATT U-verse!! The service Is great! Each time I have called for “Repair Service’, they show up that day or the next! They all have been very helpful and perfect gentlemen. They also make sure that I am satisfied with their work and If I need any other assistance! I have been an ATT customer for quite a number of years and I will continue to be! Thank You ATT for all you do!!!
